To provide the used-car export purchase consultation service, the Company collects the following personal information.

- Optional: vehicle information (model, year, mileage), region, e-mail, message

- Purchase consultation and price quotes
- Concluding sale contracts, vehicle transport and payment
- Handling administrative work such as vehicle deregistration and transfer

- Consultation only, no transaction concluded: destroyed within 6 months of the last contact
- Sale contract concluded: retained for 5 years under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and related laws, then destroyed
- Automatically collected information (access logs, etc.): retained for 3 months under the Protection of Communications Secrets Act
4. Provision to third parties
The Company does not provide users' personal information to outside parties without prior consent, except in the following cases.
- Where the minimum necessary information is provided to transport companies, vehicle registration offices and similar parties to perform a vehicle sale contract
- Where a lawful request is made by an investigative agency, financial institution or tax office under the law

Requests are received through the main contact (telephone or e-mail), and the Company acts without delay.

To prevent the loss, theft, leakage, alteration or damage of personal information, the Company takes the following measures.

- Technical: access control, encrypted storage, antivirus
- Physical: access control to document storage rooms
